We provide wedding and event decor services, which may include consultations, custom quotes, rentals,floral and non-floral decor elements, design planning, setup, teardown, and related coordination services.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of any third party Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Any required deposit has been received and confirmed.

5. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
All quotes, estimates, pricing information, and service descriptions are subject to change until confirmed in writing by Enchantments Decor.

Decor items, inventory availability, rental availability, labor availability, floral availability, venue conditions, installation requirements, and logistics may affect final pricing and scope.

We reserve the right to revise quotes, substitute unavailable items with reasonably comparable alternatives where appropriate, or decline a project at our discretion before a formal booking is finalized.

6. Contracts and Event Services
If you book services with Enchantments Decor, the terms of your signed event contract, quote, invoice, and related written agreements will govern the specific project. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client contract, the signed client contract will control for that event or service.

7. Payments
Any payment terms, deposits, due dates, cancellation terms, damage obligations, and final balances applicable to a booked event or service will be set out in the applicable quote, invoice, contract, or written agreement.

Failure to make required payments on time may result in suspension, cancellation, loss of booking, refusal of service, additional charges, or enforcement of contractual rights, as permitted by law and the governing contract.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, layout, graphics, images, design concepts, service descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Enchantments Decor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, display, exploit, or use our website content, branding, or materials without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

9. User Submissions
If you submit inspiration photos, design references, event details, feedback, testimonials, messages, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use submitted materials solely for the purposes of responding to your inquiry, preparing quotes, planning and designing your event, delivering our services, and maintaining related internal records.

We do not claim ownership of your submitted materials.

10. Social Media and Messaging Platforms
You may communicate with us through Instagram, Facebook, email, phone, website forms, or other communication channels. You understand that third-party platforms may have their own terms, privacy policies, and messaging limitations.

We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, delays, account limitations, API failures, lost messages, or platform errors caused by third-party providers.

11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may integrate with or link to third-party tools, platforms, payment processors, analytics services, scheduling tools, advertising platforms, or social media services. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party service. For clarity, this section does not limit any obligations expressly set out in a separately signed client contract or other written agreement with Enchantments Decor.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
